Help us help them.
We are already hard at work raising scholarship for future students. We thank you so much for your support of the arts. PCMF prides itself on making the experience of a intensive summer chamber music program available to students from all walks of life, and from around the world. 100% of your donations go directly towards a student's tuition.

PCMF students come from many of the top high school and collegiate programs from around the US including Idyllwild Arts Academy, Interlochen Arts Academy, San Francisco Concervatory of Music, The Julliard School, The Colburn School, Peabody Conservatory, New England Conservatory, Eastman School of Music, and many more!
With a student to faculty ratio of less than 4 to 1, PCMF gives students the kind of attention found in only the most elite music programs.

But don't take our word for it. Here are what our students and parents are saying:
"Musical and personal growth, with people and experiences I’ll remember for a lifetime."
- Magy H, violist (2019, 2021, 2022)
"A 10-day-long excursion into forested, rural NorCal in the company of hardworking, kind-natured, and dedicated musical peers and staff."
-- Jasmine M, pianist (2021)
"Pacific Crest Music Festival goes above and beyond the typical chamber music festival; students walk away from PCMF with not only with a greater understanding of ensemble, technique, and musicianship, but also with the enduring sense of being part of a musical family.
Thanks for everything, Mike!"
- Kira W, cellist (2015 and 2017)
"Attending PCMF, I really learned how to work with others even when we had contrasting ideas...how important compromising is when preparing chamber music. I was surprised at how quickly we were able to bond knowing that even when we all came from very different backgrounds, we all had one thing in common and that was our love for chamber music. PCMF really helped me focus on certain aspects of my technique and ways to efficiently practice in order to achieve my goals."
- Jackie R, cellist (2017)
"I'm so glad I found PCMF. I had so much fun...It has literally been the fastest week of my life."
- Miles C, violinist (2015, 2016, and 2017)
"PCMF was one of the most nourishing and challenging musical experiences I have ever had. The faculty get to know each student personally and are actively involved in helping students grow by playing beside them all day and even staying in contact with them after PCMF has ended. The learning environment is ideal, and the small size of the festival makes it a wonderful experience not just musically but also personally. I will always treasure my memories of this music festival."
- Caya L, violinst (2014, 2015, and 2016)
"The Pacific Crest Music Festival was one of the best musical experiences I've had. Aside from getting out of the city and making new friends, we were able to make music and learn from one another."
- Sam R, violist (2013, 2014, and 2015)
